Have you ever been concerned about yourself or someone else’s mental health and wellbeing?

Kingston University offers a range of free services that you may not know about.

From counselling and check-ins to online support services, students should never feel like there isn’t something available for themselves if they’re ever in doubt when looking for some help.

Here are some of KU’s wellbeing services:

- Silver Cloud - an online service in order to get ‘self help’ where you can take part in programmes to manage anxiety, depression, stress and focus body and self image which can take up to 8 weeks, from the comfort of your home.

- Focused private counselling or groups and workshops - all focus on areas including anxiety and depression or simply just exam stress, offer a range of short or long term programmes.

- Drop-in services - at Penrhyn Road and Kingston Hill campuses.

- Self-help guides - online library service focusing on stress, anxiety and depression, for any help and support.
